77 fines issued, 7 people charged for breaking Canada’s quarantine rules during COVID-19

They honestly don’t have a good enough means of distributing information to possibly charge anyone. I would have asked, what quarantine measures. Now 7 people go into prison, with all the other quarantine breakers.

I say governments have proved they don’t understand how to quarantine or combat a virus effectively. Honestly, they just keep on failing. But hey, more fines and slave labor potential, that will defeat covid.
